She is also a clinical instructor to medical students, and residents through RWJ Barnabas Health. Because of all her amazing work, Dr. Parcells has been recognized for excellence in teaching with two New Jersey Medical School Golden Apple nominations.
Alexis supports breast cancer patients by helping to restore a sense of femininity after lumpectomy or mastectomy. Because she believes every patient requires an individual approach to treatment, Alexis offers cutting-edge techniques in breast reconstruction. Additionally, she has created a website, www.bravebras.org, specifically for breast cancer patients so they can better understand their reconstructive options. Alexis is an active volunteer for several breast cancer organizations including The Breasties, Minette’s Angels, and Fashion for the Pink Crusade.
Dr. Alexis Parcells’s surgical office provides breast lifts, breast augmentation, mommy makeover, tummy tuck, liposuction, labiaplasty, and more. In addition to cosmetic surgery, Dr. Parcells’s areas of specialty include nonsurgical facial rejuvenation: botox, fillers, and CO2 facial resurfacing. She has a skin care studio, Sunnie Skin, where she offers these specialty services to protect and correct fine lines and sun damage. They also sell clean medical grade skin care products (SPF, cleanser, eye cream, etc).
