Experts Recommend to Consider The Height of The Exhibit Before Renting One

Trade show booths are limited by height in addition to regulations on the footprint size so it is necessary to consider the height before planning the exhibit. The type of exhibit and its location within the exhibit space determines the height.

A Linear exhibit (also called the in-line booth) is considered to be most affordable thus are the most common type of rental option. They can be fully or partially covered from 3 sides depending upon the requirement. They are 10×10 or 10×20 feet in size. Some are 10×30 feet or larger with mostly arranged in lines along the perimeter of an event space, or in double-sided rows in the interior.

On the other hand, there is the peninsula exhibit which has 3 sides exposed to an aisle. The 4th side is backed up against another peninsular exhibit. This ensures one complete aisle is formed by arranging the 2 peninsulas together with each booth being of at least 20×20 feet. The end cap which is the modified version of the peninsula is of 10×20 feet in size. Its rear side is backed up providing the advantage of having 3 exposed sides.

If the marketing team of the brand is good, then the trade show rental booths have the potential to become the most popular booths. A good island exhibit is always busy making them the largest and showiest trade show displays. Well-known corporate brands occupy them with the size going as big as 70×90 feet. All the 4 sides have access points.
